a cherished stay
large rooms open view plentiful breakfast efficient staff
the hotel had large rooms it provided ample space for relaxation. i found a great restaurant with a nice open view i enjoyed the cityscape. the breakfast was plentiful it started my days well. the reception staff were efficient they readily provided helpful information and a warm welcome.
the room was quite cold i found it difficult to adjust the thermostat to a comfortable setting

The check-in process was smooth and efficient. My room had a giant tv! I found the heating system to be very effective. The shower was really powerful, which I liked.
The carpet in the room seemed a little worn.

good staff simple check-in air conditioning convenient parking
The reception staff were good and made check-in very simple. My room had air conditioning, and it was a HUGE plus since the weather was warm. The hotel location is great. It is close to the train station and town center. I also found car parking readily available, which really helped my stay.
The lift made a slightly odd noise sometimes.

The location suited my plans perfectly. the staff was very attentive. They quickly addressed a minor issue i had with the tv. the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable for restful nights. i found the on-site parking especially convenient, removing any stress about finding a spot.
the gym equipment could use some updating, although everything was functional.

I found the reception staff cute and efficient. My room included a very comfy bed and massive bathroom, a plus. The breakfast had good variety. I also liked the bathtub rather than just a shower.
The lifts were small. Only one was in operation at the time of my visit.
